Personal training is an individual care for people of all ages who want to improve their fitness and overall well-being. You will benefit from a training program that is put together for your personal needs and interests. We help you improve your core strength, sense of balance and muscle mass. Personal training is always fun and you will be challenged mentally and physically in every session. This session is typically 60 minutes. At the studio 30 minutes power sessions are also available.
